The 1:1 sessions take place in my studio at home in Walberton. During this session, I will do a full movement analysis, teach you how to correctly set your core and then from the information gained during the assessment, give you an individual Pilates exercise programme.
Clients who have done 1:1 sessions before attending group classes have always given very positive feedback. These are great sessions for people who are new to Pilates, or have not practised Pilates for a while and so need a little refresher.
