The Pilates Reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment. The versatility of the Pilates Reformer means it can used to rehab a client post injury or post operatively, or it can be used to progress a client with Pilates experience to a higher level.
The unique 5 spring system of the Pilates Reformer allows you to add resistance to the Pilates movements which can aid mobility or challenge strength. One of the most unique aspects of the Pilates Reformer is the range of positions that you can use. Exercises are taught in supine lying, side lying, kneeling, sitting and standing. The ability to alter the position of the exercises to a more functional and upright approach, leads to excellent results.
