Musculoskeletal physiotherapy is used to treat and rehabilitate clients suffering with musculoskeletal injuries, including conditions affecting joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, nerves and spinal discs. Physiotherapy is also used to rehabilitate clients post-operatively or post fracture, working alongside orthopaedic consultants.
On your initial appointment, Joanna will carry out a full assessment to accurately diagnose any issues you are facing. After the assessment you will have treatment, be given appropriate advice and be taught an individual home exercise programme. Your treatment programme will be formulated and discussed to manage your recovery.
